Anchorage Unplugged

I did not go see an acoustic concert in Anchorage.  Even though I have seen an acoustic concert in Anchorage.

Didn’t even have an acoustic “session” practice at home.  Which cannot deny does occur.
I did however, not turn on the TV, stereo, computer or mobile.  OK, did leave the mobile on but on silent and didn’t do any “work” on it.
I read all day.  OK, I did read on my electronic Nook.
In my defense, it was one of the first times I have sat down to read on it since purchasing it on Black Friday 2012.  I did read two books though.
I will write about the two enthralling books in the future. Wonder if somewhere out there, someone is actually reading my musings.
Sometimes I just do not want to hear noise.  My own noise; and sometimes, especially my own noise, included.
It was a foggy day so going outside and driving about did not seem to be the prudent thing to do. I do like to think I am adaptable to changes in plans.
Staying home in my pajamas, lounging about in front of the fireplace with a duraflame burning, food and drink close by.    I was able to carry on and have a lovely day despite not being able to fulfill my original plans for taking Flat Stanley sightseeing.
I did enjoy my unplugged day.  A delightful Super Bowl Eve here in Alaska.
GO SEAHAWKS!!!  Today, Super Bowl 48 Sunday will be a much noisier and “plugged in” day.
